Mornings start with a collaborative team meeting where we discuss our mutual goals for the day. It’s during these meetings that I witness the energy and enthusiasm that our team brings, working towards bringing the Joyology experience to life. After the meeting, I ensure the product display area is well-stocked and visually appealing. We take great pride in our wide variety of products, each keenly sourced from reliable, ethical providers.
Next up is checking the inventory, ensuring we’re completely stocked. It’s crucial because our customers trust us for the consistent availability of products. After this, we gear up to open our doors to Allegan’s beautiful community, ready to offer an unparalleled dispensary experience.
Afternoon Hustle
As the day progresses, the dispensary comes alive with patients and recreational users. This is when my main role kick starts, offering personalized consultation to the customers. Drawing from my extensive product knowledge and understanding of different strains, I guide them to the best product as per their needs. Assisting them and watching their satisfaction is a highly rewarding part of my workday.
Evening Closeout
The evening draws to a close with store maintenance and preparing for the next day. This is when we restock the inventory, clean, and refurbish the store back to its pristine condition. A final thorough walk around the store assures that customers will be walking back into a clean, pleasant environment the next morning.
